Tattoo Serum

6 items left

Our Tattoo Serum is great for fresh ink and moisturizing the skin. The feeling of the serum on fresh ink has been described as "someone blowing cool air on it."

Use the Stage 1 Tattoo Serum for the first 1-4 days after getting fresh ink. It's light and cooling, allowing the tattoo to breathe but helping with the heat from the irritated skin. The serum contains rice bran oil, coconut oil, and castor oil, for the best moisturizing effect and to keep the ink clean.

After that, check out our Stage 2 Tattoo Cream for ongoing care for the tattoo.

Both tattoo aftercare products contain absolutely no petroleum or other smothering ingredients typically found in ointments, so as to not slow down the healing process.

As always, we never use any ingredients that could be harmful to you. We make sure all of our ingredients rate a 3 or lower on the EWG SkinDeep Cosmetics Database Scale (which means it's totally safe!).

All products have been thoroughly tested by our team to make sure they work well for bright tattoos. Whiskey, Ink, & Lace's founder, Andi, has a few tattoos, and typical ointments recommended by some tattoo artists made her break out and lose ink.

After much research and formulation, this is what she came up with and it's helped with her tattoo sleeves, knuckle tattoos, stomach and sternum tattoos, and many others.

And the best part is it's useful for other things, like sunburns, wind burn, chaffing, and most other light surface skin irritations.

Comes in a 1 oz amber bottle with a dropper.

rice bran oil, apricot kernel oil, hemp seed oil, aloe vera, essential oils.

Petroleum free. Fragrance oil free.

Love this stuff!

I’m so sad this stuff is sold out right now because I ran out after my last tattoo and this is the best stuff ever. I hope it’s back in stock soon!!

Love it!

I used this along with the kit(review there also), and I love it! I've never healed so well and so fast!

Magic stuff

I have weirdly sensitive skin. Like stuff that most people can handle, I get these horrible sunburn-like rashes and it hurts for days and days and days. But tattoos, thankfully, don't bother me any more than the next person in terms of pain/healing. Just topical stuff. All that to say, even using the most gentle, highly recommended stuff on my previous ink has left me with rashes, extra itching and burning, and made the healing process miserable. Just before I started this huge piece on my back, I saw an add for the tattoo kit and decided what the ****. OH MY GOD it is magic. Seriously. No rashes, no burning, the tat is healing beautifully. Even the artist, when I go back in for each stage of the design, raves about how well it's healed and how healthy it looks. And the kit lasts forever. I seriously thought I'd need to order more before this design is done but I'm nearly finished with this back piece and still have serum and lotion to use.

It's Magical

I have used this on my past 3 tattoos and they have been healing so fast. My skin feels normal again after about a week or 2 max. I just ordered another kit. I've used similar products before and this has outdone them all. I am a cosmetologist and I am able to get my hands on all sorts of different oils, lotions etc made for healing skin and this is my fave for sure. Does not sting or irritate the skin at all and is super healing

Love it!!!

I originally bought the kit, but want to leave the serum it's own review (love both tattoo products!!!). This has lasted me 5 sessions on a LARGE side piece and I should have enough for the 6th and final session. Honestly I freaked out a little the first time I used it when some of the excess ink came out, the serum made it gel up and get slimy. I'm used to it now and my piece has healed GREAT!!! No touch up required :D Thinking about trying another line of products soon!
