Operations Supervisor needed to oversee production and distribution departments.

Our Operations Supervisor is in charge of 3-5 personnel in production and distribution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling operations team according to sales flow
  • Monitoring important orders and making sure they go out on time
  • Making sure we’re stocked for any incoming influxes of orders
  • Finding the lowest cost supplies and negotiating with suppliers
  • Maintaining inventory system
  • Assisting teams when their queues get backed up
  • Keeping up on supplies in WA and TN warehouses
  • Coordinating between the 2 warehouses
  • Solving problems
  • Helping team prioritize projects

To qualify, you must be able to provide examples of:

  • Leadership experience

Shipping Coordinator - Federal Way, WA or Nashville, TN, PT

Shipping Coordinator –  Federal Way, WA or Nashville, TN, PT

Shipping coordinator needed for picking and packing orders for our small business during the holidays.

Experience in warehouses is not necessary.

The initial job will consist of picking items needed for orders of our skincare, haircare, and men’s grooming products. You will be working directly with our Warehouse Manager to ensure customers receive the best experience with our business. We need someone incredibly detail-oriented to help us make sure our customers get the correct products in one piece and have a good experience with us, from the unboxing of the product to the use of it. Must be able to pay attention to detail. Must also be able to lift 40lbs. Must be able to work on your feet for up to 4 hours at a time.

Job will start at 12 hours a week. Hours will quickly increase as we get closer to our peak times and the holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves.
• Read orders to ascertain options, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.
• Pick products for packing
• Pack orders
• Keep records of out-going orders.

We need a Master Barber who’s down to manage a BRAND NEW barbershop! We have a speakeasy, high-end style and will be opening in July.

  • Receptionist provided
  • Marketing provided by managing brand

Bookkeeper & Office Manager - Nashville, TN, PT

Bookkeeper needed for small, creative barbershop and manufacturing company. We’re a very unique business and this is an incredibly different, perfect for the right person.

We are a handcrafted artisan company. We make skincare, men’s grooming products, candles, teas, and more. Our products are for men and women, and we lean more on the masculine side of things. The company, as a whole, is on the edgier side. We need those with a good sense of humor and flexibility.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong accounting or bookkeeping background that can manage our payroll, billing, AR, AP and Inventory accounting needs on a part time basis.

THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL BOOKKEEPING JOB. You will be engaging with our customers and working with our team in a unique and intimate setting. Love bookkeeping AND being around people? This may be a good job for you.

This job will also involve purchasing supplies and booking appointments for our barbershop.

The hours are 26/week and WILL GROW as we grow. These hours are non-negotiable at this time. We are only just now opening doors to our barbershop but our manufacturing business is 4 years old. We expect exponential growth over the following months and need someone able and willing to grow with us.

We use QBO and DEAR Inventory Systems. The job will be to keep both up-to-date with weekly transactions and stock received, made, shipped, etc. The bookkeeper will work with our production team to make sure our inventory stays accurate. This is important, as we have 2 distribution centers, Nashville and Seattle, and this is our first go at doing so, so the systems must be tight and efficient.


• Perform all bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online accounting software
• Process income, expenses, bank deposits
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Gather payroll information for Payroll processing company (we use a third party, so this is easy and requires little time/effort)
• Human Resources functions including new hire onboarding and handling Workers Compensation
• Manage the office to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally and maintain professional image
• Respond to incoming calls and direct to appropriate parties
• Maintain office equipment including computers, copier, fax, telephones, etc.
• Maintain breakroom space with coffee, necessary food, etc. for everyone
• Maintain and replenish inventory and office supplies
• Assist with preparing documents for Board meetings, training, and other meetings
• Assist with securing locations for conferences, training and special events
• Keep the office clean and tidy – organize supplies, file paperwork, etc.
• Book customers for barbershop
• Greet barbershop customers
• Assist barber in providing exceptional experiences to our customers.
