It’s that time of year again everybody. Time to show the dads in our lives just what they mean to us. If your dad is like mine, whenever you ask him what he wants as a gift, he’ll either say “nothing” or “world peace.” Not very helpful, dad. So here are some things you can get your dad that he’ll appreciate.

Whiskey, Ink, and Lace Beard Oil Sampler

For the dad who has a beard or wants one, get him a beard oil sampler kit with all 8 of the Whiskey, Ink, & Lace scents. He can find his favorite scent from Whiskey, Ink, and Lace’s extensive product line and order more of what he likes. Beard oil will keep his beard clean and smelling great.

A Hawaiian Shirt

In case you weren’t aware, Hawaiian shirts are back in fashion. But that doesn’t make your dads closet full of Tommy Bahama shirts any less ugly. Update his dad style with great new prints from J. Crew and Roark in modern fits and fabrics.

A Whiskey Club Subscription

Whether your dad is a whiskey connoisseur or an amateur, get him a liquor subscription box to take his drinking game to the next level. Every month he’ll be sent a fine bottle of whiskey and some great tasting notes so he can learn all about what’s he drinking. These boxes are also available for bourbon, scotch, gin, and tequila.

A Watch

Sure, your dad can check the time on his phone, but what's cool about that? A great watch is the ideal gift because it's practical! It's something your dad can use every day if he wants. And if wants to stand out among the crowd, watches like this one from Original Grain are perfect choices. We like the Whiskey Barrel watch, which features wood reclaimed from old bourbon barrels. Each one actually smells like bourbon!

A Portable Espresso Maker

Help your old man cut down on his Starbucks habit by getting him this portable espresso maker! Piping hot shots of espresso with an included scoop and cup. Perfect for him to take to work or when you two take that father-child road trip you’ve been planning.

Personalized Whiskey Barrel

Step up your dad’s home bar by getting him a whiskey barrel with his name on it. He can age his whiskey to oaky perfection and pour a glass straight from the tap.

A Tie from Tie Bar

Is there anything more classically Father’s Day than gifting him a tie? It’s a classic for a reason. It’s always smart for your dad to have a nice tie around, whether he wears a tie daily or only on the rarest of occasions. And the Tie Bar sells great gift sets that include a matching tie bar and pocket square.

A Barbecue Sauce Kit

If your dad fancies himself a grill master, help him step his game up with his own custom barbecue sauce. Each kit includes pre-measured ingredients to make a barbecue sauce and a marinade and bottles for storage. It’s one of those great gifts that he’ll enjoy and hopefully you’ll be able to reap the benefits from next time he grills.

A Sock Subscription

Help your dad clean out his nasty sock drawer filled with socks that are probably older than you are with a sock club subscription. Every month he’ll be sent two new pairs of unique socks. No dad, those white tube socks with holes in the heel aren’t worth salvaging.

No matter what you get your dad, make sure you let him know how much you appreciate all that he does for you. Happy father’s day from all of us here at Whiskey, Ink, and Lace.
